Pickup & Delivery

We offer both in-store pickup and local delivery so you can enjoy CMC in the way that fits your week best.

Pickup at CMC

Pickup is available at our Capitol Hill location.

  • Meal Plan Pickup days: Monday & Thursday
  • Orders are freshly prepared for the next scheduled pickup day
  • You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready

This is a great option if you’re nearby and want to skip the delivery fee while still enjoying meals prepared for the week.

Local Delivery

We deliver throughout select areas of Seattle and the Eastside.

  • Delivery days: Monday & Thursday
  • Orders arrive fresh within your selected delivery window
  • Free delivery on orders over $85
  • Flat $15 delivery fee for smaller orders

We currently deliver to the following areas:

Seattle

  • Capitol Hill, Downtown, First Hill
  • South Lake Union, Queen Anne
  • Fremont, Ballard, Green Lake
  • Madison Park, Central District

Eastside

  • Mercer Island
  • Bellevue (Downtown & select surrounding areas)

A Note on Ordering

  • Meal Plans are fulfilled on your selected pickup or delivery day (Monday or Thursday)
  • Individual items are typically available for next-day pickup
  • If your order includes a meal plan, all items will be fulfilled together on the selected meal plan day
