Miso Maple Vegan Harvest Salad

A hearty fall salad built to satisfy. Maple-miso glazed tofu, wild rice, roasted sweet potato and Brussels sprouts are layered over finely shredded kale and cabbage with crisp apple, dried cranberries, toasted pecans and crispy shallots. Served with our house miso-maple vinaigrette.
